ARTHRITIS, ARTHRALGIA AND RHEUMATISM
Before I give the Natural herbal solution or home remedies on this particular ailment that is very rampart nowadays, let me explain somethings concerning terms.
Arthritis means inflammation of the joints
Arthralgia means pain in the joints
Rheumatism means pain in the joints and other supporting tissue of the body, e.g, musdes, tendons and bones
Rheumatoid Arthritis: Combination of theumatiam and arthritis.
CAUSES
Hereditary (in some cases)
Excessive stress
For rheumatoid arthritis, the cause is yet unknown. But
Allah knows best.
SOME OF THE SIGNS AND COMPLAINTS
Joints stiffness (especially early in the morning)
Some joints become red and swollen e.g finger joints
Pain in the joints
Fever
Loss of weight
Deformity of the affected parts
MANAGEMENT
Always have adequate rest Engage in simple and short period exercise daily in order to increase the range of motion in the joints.
Eat energy boosting food but avoid over eating so as not to cause constipation, pain and fatigue. Apply braces or splints to the affected joint in order to prevent dislocation and deformity.
TREATMENT
Natural solution A
Apply hot-compresses (either dry or moist heat). This improves blood circulation, relieves muscular pain and allow for easy exercise of the affected parts. Massage with aba-rheuma balm and take a spoonful of habatu saudau (black seed) oil 3 times daily.
Solution B
Mix one cup of habatu saudau powder with one litre of honey and add 3 spoonful each of garlic and rashad powder. Also, add 3 spoonful each of habatu saudau oil, garlic oil and qar'naful (clove) oil and mix them well. Take 3 spoonful of the mixture 3 times daily.
Solution C
Mix one cup each of naasil and habatu saudau powder with one litre of honey. Then take 2 spoonful 2 times daily.
PRAYER AGAINST BODY PAIN
Place your hand on the affected area and supplicate 7 times.
